Broadband: Rural Areas

Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what the initial deadline was for his Department's rural broadband project; and what deadline he now expects for that project.
This question was answered on 9th February 2015
The initial Superfast Broadband programme’s objective was to reach 90% of UK premises by 2015. One does not, typically, expect a deadline therefore no deadline is expected.
