Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what information her Department holds on when the Independent Police and Complaints Commission plans to publish the results of its investigation into disciplinary matters relating to Ministry of Defence Police officers based at the Atomic Weapons Establishment, Burghfield.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) referred the matter back to the Ministry of Defence Police for local investigation on October 2013. While the investigation is ongoing it would be inappropriate to comment further. The IPCC will write to the Hon. Member and I will place a copy of the letter in the Library of the House.
