Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many people scheduled to have a hip or knee replacement as a result of a musculoskeletal condition had their operation cancelled for non-clinical reasons in financial years (a) 2012-13, (b) 2013-14 and (c) 2014-15 to date.
