Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the average incidence was of stillbirths and linked infant deaths in England and Wales in which all of the twins or triplets from the same pregnancy that remained after foetal reduction in either the first trimester or early in the second trimester subsequently died in infancy or were stillborn in each of the last 10 years.
