Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what research her Department has (a) conducted and (b) commissioned on how often using dogs to flush out foxes to be shot results in foxes being killed by the dogs rather than by shooting.

Defra has not conducted or commissioned any research on how often using dogs to flush out foxes to be shot results in foxes being killed by the dogs rather than by shooting.
