To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many people were prosecuted under the Breeding and Sale of Dogs Acts in 2013; and if she will make a statement.

There were no prosecutions under the Breeding and Sale of Dogs Acts in 2013.
