Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 4 February 2019 to Question 214559 on Buildings: Insulation, whether the BS 8414 test methodology has changed since the Grenfell Tower fire.
This question was answered on 8th February 2019
The current edition of BS 8414 is published in two parts, both were published in 2015. They were subsequently amended on 23 June 2017. This amendment updated the bibliography and did not change the test methodology.
