Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what assessment he has made of whether sale of Swedish Gripen fighters to Argentina would be contrary to the EU Code of Conduct on arms exports.

The UK has not received any export licence applications related to the sale of Swedish Gripen fighters to Argentina.
