To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, which regulatory functions imposed by legislation for which his Department has responsibility are currently undertaken by trade associations; and if he will make a statement.

The Department for International Trade has no regulatory functions imposed by legislation which are currently undertaken by trade associations.
