Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to the recent High Court judgement on universal credit assessments, if she will review the method used to calculate universal credit payments for (a) all claimants and (b) claimants who are paid on a four weekly basis.

The Department is carefully considering the High Court’s Judgment and it is therefore not appropriate to comment further at this stage.
