Energy Companies Obligation

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, how many installations under the Rural Safeguard Scheme there have been to date; and what proportion such installations form of (a) Energy Company Obligation measures and (b) Carbon Saving Communities Obligation measures.

I believe that the “Rural Safeguard Scheme” to which the Hon. Member refers may be the rural sub-obligation which forms part of the Carbon Saving Communities (CSCO) strand of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and I am answering on that basis.
