Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, when he plans to publish his consultations on the proposals in the resources and waste strategy.

The consultation ‘Single use carrier bags: extending and increasing the charge’ has been published and will close on 22 February.

Consultations on reforming the packaging producer responsibility system, the introduction of a deposit return scheme and improving household and business recycling will be published shortly.
