Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the First Secretary of State would deputise for the Prime Minister if he was (a) incapacitated and (b) otherwise unable to undertake his Ministerial functions; and which the most senior Minister in Government is other than the Prime Minister.
