Member for Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross representing the House of Commons Commission, in respect of the selection process for the Clerk of the House and Chief Executive, whether external candidates for the post of Clerk of the House and Chief Executive were offered an informal meeting with the Speaker before they made their application.
