To ask the hon. Member for Blaenau Gwent and Rhymney, representing the House of Commons Commission, for what reason the names of current staff are no longer listed whilst the names of staff in previous registers are still listed in the Register of Interests of Members' Staff; and what representations the House of Commons received from trade unions on that issue.

The decision to redact the names of staff Members in the Register of Interests of Members’ Staff is a matter for the Committee on Standards. The decision is set out in the Committee’s Seventh Report of Session 2024–26 (HC 1629).
