The Cabinet Office Travel and Expenses policy covers civil service staff, special advisors and non-executive board and committee members in the Cabinet Office. The cost of hotels, train travel and subsistence will be funded by the Cabinet Office for official business travel. Ordinary commuting costs are not covered.
