Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how much his Department has spent on legal costs in connection with its dispute with Fujitsu over the National Programme for IT.
This question was answered on 8th September 2014
The Department’s legal costs in respect of this dispute, up to the end of the financial year 2013-14, are £33.3 million.
