Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what reports his Department has received of ground C abortions which were permitted for reasons of fetal gender in the last 10 years; and if he will make a statement.

The Department has received no reports of ground C abortions which were permitted for reasons of fetal gender between 2003 and 2013.
