Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 18 June 2014, Official Report, column 617W, on the NHS, if he will ensure that his Department's proposals arising from the Innovation, Health and Wealth review of NHS intellectual property that was completed in Autumn 2012 will be published before the summer recess.
