Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what recent representations he has received on the future of intellectual property in the NHS; and if he will make a statement.

The Department has received no representations on this matter through its Ministerial correspondence unit during the period 1 January to 30 June 2014.
