Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, further to the Answer of 17 June 2014, Official Report, columns 566-7W, on NHS: intellectual property, what returns have been made by Commissioners determining which providers have passed or failed the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation pre-qualification thresholds in 2012-13 and 2013-14 since April 2013.

Local commissioners are responsible for assessing whether providers meet the prequalification criteria. NHS England has advised that the information requested is held by individual clinical commissioning groups and is not collected centrally.
