Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, with reference to the Digital communications infrastructure strategy, published on 18 March 2015, what discussions he has had with stakeholders and the EU Commission on the Commission's review of the EU Framework for Communications; and if he will make a statement.

We expect the Commission to publish a consultation on the Communications Framework in the autumn. To prepare for this, we intend to commence discussions with both stakeholders and the Commission this month.
