Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what estimate she has made of the costs of identifying and removing student visa applicants who entered the country illegally as a result of fraudulent language testing.

Analysis by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) is on-going and it is not
possible to provide further data, including costs data, at present. As I stated to
the House on 24 June, the Home Office will provide regular updates
on progress with work to remove these students and on further information we
receive from ETS.
