Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what proportion of drivers who accumulate over 12 points on their licence are disqualified.
This question was answered on 7th July 2014
On 3 July 2014, 93% of drivers who had accumulated 12 or more penalty points were disqualified.
