Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to her Department's document entitled The Rycroft Review: HM Government response, published on 6 July 2026, whether the all donor declaration requirements will apply to aggregated donations which individually are below the set threshold.

We announced in response to the Rycroft Review that we would introduce a donor declaration requirement for relevant donations in order to support the effective implementation of the Review's recommendations. The Government will bring forward further details in due course.
