Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 13 December 2018 to Question 200617 on Global Navigation Satellite Systems: Costs, to which Department the engineering study on the proposed Global Navigation Satellite System will report.

The study referred to in the answer given by my rt. hon. Friend the Chief Secretary to the Treasury on 13 December 2018 to Question 200617 is the Engineering, Design, and Development Phase that is developing options for a UK Global Navigation Satellite System.

This in-depth study is being run by the UK Space Agency, as an Executive Agency of the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
