Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what proportion of (a) disabled and (b) all other staff employed by his Department received each level of performance rating in their end of year performance assessment for 2013-14.

Data on the performance ratings for 2013/14 covering disabled employees (and other categories of employee protected by the Equality Act 2010) is not yet available but analysis of the figures has commenced.
