Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the cost to the NHS was of provision of abortions in (a) NHS hospitals and (b) approved independent sector places in 2013.

Information on the cost of emergency contraception and information about expenditure on abortions is not collected centrally.
