Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many abortions there were at (a) 26 weeks and (b) each week after the 26th in each category of grounds for termination in 2013.
The total number of abortions exceeding 26 weeks in 2013 are as follows:

All 121 abortions were performed under ground E, there is substantial risk that if the child were born it would suffer from such physical or mental abnormalities as to be seriously handicapped (section 1(1)(d)).
