Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps their Department is taking to improve the response time to FOI requests.

Freedom of Information (FOI) performance for all central Government Departments and other monitored bodies is available at the following link:

A performance recovery plan was implemented during 2022. Subsequently, we have exceeded the 90% expectation of responding to FOI requests within 20 working days in each month during 2023.
