We expect building owners to be systematically reviewing the safety of their buildings as a matter of course. We have given building owners clear advice about the steps that should be followed to remediate combustible non-Aluminium Cladding Material cladding for the longer term. Where building owners are not able to identify the material used on the external wall of their building, or there is doubt, we have advised they seek professional advice and have provided guidance on how to obtain it.
