Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, when his Department plans to publish the results of the consultation on draft guidance for elective home education.

The responses received to the consultation, which closed on 2 July, are still being considered. When this process has been completed the finalised version of the guidance documents for local authorities and for parents will be published on the GOV.UK website.
