To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will introduce mandatory reporting of all carbon monoxide incidents encountered by the health and social care services; and if he will make a statement.

The Department has no current plans to introduce mandatory reporting of carbon monoxide incidents encountered by health and social services.
