Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many penalty prescription charges have been issued in the last year for which figures are available.

Between November 2017 and October 2018, the NHS Business Services Authority reports that it issued 1,288,364 prescription penalty charge notices.
