Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if it is his Department's policy for Job Centre Work Coaches to not supply personal references for their customers.

The department does not have any policy that would prevent a Work Coach providing a personal reference for a customer.
