Private Rented Housing: Social Security Benefits

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether he plans to bring forward legislative proposals to outlaw blanket bans on private renters (a) with children and (b) in receipt of benefits.
