We are currently in the process of agreeing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Scottish Government, the Scottish Parliament, the BBC and the UK Government in respect of the Smith Commission agreement. This sets out the formal consultative role for the Scottish Parliament and the Scottish Government in the Charter Review. All other options for consultation as part of the Charter Review are currently being considered; an announcement will be made in due course.
