The Home Office conducts a Policy Equality Statement (PES) annually, following the annual pay award process. The process is usually finalised in the Autumn further to negotiations with Trade Unions. A Policy Equality Statement (PES) will be undertaken following the implementation of the Pay Award this year.

Additionally, since 2017 the Home Office has annually published its gender pay gap on GOV.UK.
