Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 30 June 2026 to Question 11892, if his Department will make an assessment of the potential merits of further regulation of fixed estate charges and charges levied as covenants on residents’ leases.
