As set out in the Science and Technology Framework, the Government is committed to, and delivering on, its ambition to create an agile and responsive skills system, which delivers the skills needed to support a world-class workforce in STEM sectors and drive economic growth.

We will continue to track our progress through a range of metrics and identify new ways to evaluate and evidence the impact of our science and technology system, including the impact of research funding for skills.
