Question to the Department for Business and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, whether she has commissioned legal advice on the UK's exposure to Investor State Dispute Settlement claims under the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
