Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of launching a compensation scheme for frontline staff and key workers suffering from long covid.

In the NHS, staff on national terms and conditions benefit from up to 6 months of full salary when off sick.
