Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will take steps to help ensure the financial viability of local community transport providers.

During the 2017 to 2018 financial year, the Department provided almost £3.1m of financial support to community transport operators through the Bus Service Operator’s Grant (BSOG). The Department is also making available £250,000 to support community transport organisations.
