Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment he has made of the level of harm which can be caused by hydrofluoric acid having zero per cent concentration.

Advice we have received is that hydrofluoric acid is so corrosive that even trace concentrations could cause harm. We think there are no circumstances in which hydrofluoric acid should be sold to a person under 18.
