There has been no such summons.

My Right Honourable Friends the Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary, Secretary of State for International Trade and the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy have all raised US steel tariffs with the Administration, registering our disappointment and arguing that tariffs benefit no one in the long term. We will continue to work closely with the US and our EU partners to find a constructive resolution and to tackle the global challenge of steel overcapacity. We also continue to work with the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on supporting industry through the product exemptions process which is being run by the US Department of Commerce.
