Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many cases brought against the NHS Litigation Authority were funded by (a) legal aid, (b) a conditional fee agreement and (c) other forms of funding in each of the last five years; and how many cases in each category resulted in compensation payments.
