Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether he plans for Clause 1 and Clause 2 of the draft Animal Welfare (Sentencing and Recognition of Sentience) Bill to be introduced as separate pieces of primary legislation.
