To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the Prime Minister has received representations from the Home Secretary in relation to the Ministerial tenure of the Hon. Member for Dover and Deal; and if he will make a statement.

Ministerial appointments and compliance with the Ministerial Code are a matter for the Prime Minister.
