To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, who initiated the resolution referred to in his oral statement of 10 May 2018, on Belhaj and Boudchar: Litigation Update, Official Report, column 936.

​The Government's decision to seek to settle a case will take into account a range of factors. It is not appropriate for us to comment on the conduct of litigation in any individual case.
