Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the total cost has been of GP patient surveys issued over the period of 2013 to 2017.

NHS England inherited responsibility for the GP Patient Survey from the Department from 1 April 2013. During the period April 2013 to 2017 over 9.5 million patients were invited to take part in the survey at a cost of approximately £14.9 million.
